This is an opportunity to participate in a unique event that combines running, networking, and
giving back to the community under the motto ‘Running for a Cause, Connecting for Success’. The run is open to everyone, regardless of your running experience, and offers a 4K and 9K route through the beautiful city of Antwerp.

The run will take place on Wednesday, 29th of November, 2023, starting promptly at 7:30 am.

The starting point is in front of the Port of Antwerp-Bruges Harbour building at Zaha Hadidplein 1, Antwerp. You can leave
your belongings at the starting point. The finish point is at TEJO by Bredestraat 2, where refreshments will be offered.

We ask that you arrive at 7:10 am to collect your running shirt made of Recycled Waste plastics
and participate in some pre-networking, followed by some warm-up exercises led by our professional running coach.

The first runners usually come back to the starting point around 8:15 am, and the end of the
event is around 9am. After completing the run you’ll have ample opportunity to network with co-runners and sponsors while enjoying refreshments.

The participation fee is EUR 50,00 which is donated entirely to the local charity organization
TEJO, offering support for young and troubled persons aged 10-20 in Antwerp: www.tejo.be
