Attracting and retaining new talent to the breakbulk and project cargo sector remains an ongoing challenge. On day three of this year’s AntwerpXL we’ve partnered with multiples institutions such as the University of Antwerp, Karel de Grote University College and Randstad to invite the brightest new recruits to the show. There will also be a session in the Main Deck conference on day three dedicated to closing the talent gap, featuring a range of recruitment specialists from around the globe.
