Sample a career in project logistics

A two-day masterclass during Antwerp XL from 28-29 November 2023 is offering attendees the opportunity to sample what a career in the multimodal project logistics sector looks like.

The PPG Project Forwarding Certificate is open to anyone working in the project logistics sector but also for those interested in entering the industry.

Training facilitators are PPG founder and general manager Kevin Stephens and business communications specialist Rodger Hall.

Stephens said that the 3PLs sector is advertising for experienced employees but also wants to attract trainees interested in developing a career in this very rewarding industry.

‘The content of the course is suitable for those refreshing their thinking about project cargo management but also it is invaluable for anyone thinking of a change in career or already working in the transportation industry seeking to specialise in project logistics,’ Stephens said.

‘This training offers the opportunity not only to refresh skills but also gain an understanding of the real-life experiences working in project logistics, and be better prepared about what to expect.’

Hall said that how employees communicate impacts on a team’s performance with poor communication skills a major issue in many workplaces creating high company dissatisfaction levels.

‘Professional communication training delivers transferable expertise to any business sector and shows how to present important information in a way that your target audience will understand and trust,’ Hall said.
