Logistic Hotspot Zaltbommel (NL)

Montea has acquired a strategically located, partially developed 115,400 m² site in Zaltbommel, the Netherlands. The southern portion of the site, approximately 49,000 m², will be available for development in the short term, while the remaining 66,400 m² currently houses a factory.
