Below is a list of important deadlines and forms that must be completed on time to ensure a smooth running of your event and to ensure you get the best possible rates on stand orders.

31st July 2024

1. End of early bird rates on the webshop accessible via MyEasyfairs


2. Complete The exhibitor Forms. This includes..

·       The shell Amendment  form (only for Shell Scheme and if you wish to remove items from your stand)

·        Grid plan (mandatory for all exhibitors)

·        Risk Assessment (mandatory for all exhibitors)

·      Health and safety (mandatory for all exhibitors)

6th September 2024

All stands Plans and Rams must be sent to this includes the following

·       Contractor Contact Details

·       Detailed Stand plans, including all measurements/dimensions

·       Risk assessment

·       Method statement

·       Type of flooring you will be using

·       Electrical plans

·       Rigging plans, if applicable

·       Water plans, If applicable

Last day to order Graphics on the Webshop

18th September 2024

Upload artwork for ordered Graphics (on AlterExpo’s platform)

25th September 2024

Last day to order additional ítems on the Webshop before it closes
