2024 marks a historic high point for Montea. Not only did we launch our ambitious growth program, Track27, but we also laid the foundations for its realization. We celebrated the largest annual portfolio growth in our history. This achievement not only underscores our ambitions but also resulted in EPRA earnings per share of €4.73.
These strong results provide a solid foundation for the further rollout of Track27, which aims to grow our portfolio to €3.5 billion by the end of 2027, with EPRA earnings per share of €5.60.
