The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position involves a broad range of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration. The HR Business Partner serves as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and collaborates closely with the HR team and other departments to promote a positive work environment and enhance organizational effectiveness.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring our software based on predefined user stories. You carry out the configuration of the software, test it, document it accurately and develop automated test scripts to ensure functionality. You understand the customer’s business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions, with an eye for consistency between different user stories. You work closely with the customer to seek clarification where necessary, and present your configured solutions. Function Handling all import and forwarding files (incoming, outgoing, and transit shipments): - Registering incoming orders; - Creating the forwarding file; - Forwarding tasks to be performed to subcontractors; - Preparing all necessary documents required to execute the order (via existing computer software or manually); - Following up the shipment until it reaches its final destination; - Informing the customer or agent about the progress of the shipment. Administrative: - Entering and verifying the costs incurred for each file; - Settling the customer based on the agreed terms; - Resolving any disputes that may arise during the execution of the order, either resolving them yourself or forwarding them to the forwarder, depending on the scope.
