Port of Rotterdam welcomes sustainable vessel

Port of Rotterdam welcomes Canopée, a new sustainable vessel that uses 4 ‘Oceanwings’.

The 30 m high sails support the propulsion and reduce the voyage’s carbon impact.

The RoRo vessel is a pioneer in sustainable transport, built by Neptune Marine.

During the port call, the vessel was berthed at Terminal RHB Stevedoring & Warehousing – Rotterdam Port Breakbulk Terminal, The Netherlands, to pick up parks for the Ariana 6 rocket project.
