Wired trackers connect to an external power source (usually a vehicle battery), but some also have a backup battery. This makes our wired trackers unique because they will never fail.
Condition sensors provide information on values such as temperature, humidity, charging detection, fill level, and whether your assets are open or closed.
You can only connect condition sensors to one smart gateway. This is how they differ from location tags, which are scanned by multiple smart gateways. The smart gateway sends the measurement data from the condition sensors to the platform, as a condition sensor can never do this on its own.
Smart gateways scan for nearby smart trackers and location tags, as well as specific condition sensors. They then send their data to the platform.
You can install them in a fixed location or move them, for example, if they are installed in a vehicle.
