Montea has acquired a strategically located, partially developed 115,400 m² site in Zaltbommel, the Netherlands. The southern part of the site, approximately 49,000 m², will be available for development in the short term, while the remaining 66,400 m² currently houses a factory. The
user of this factory has signed a long-term lease agreement with Montea, which
will yield an immediate return. The transaction became possible after a Dutch
investment company acquired the factory.
