Extension (new office building + cafeteria – phase 1) and renovation (renovation of existing warehouse – phase 2)
The demolition and renovation works took place in the vicinity of or inside buildings that remained in use during the execution of the works. Groep Van Roey took all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the users and to protect the contents of the buildings. The duration of the works and the resulting inconvenience were kept to a minimum. Each work started was completely finished before another was started. The rooms in which work was carried out were cleaned daily, with special attention to glass splinters. Access to the buildings was also always guaranteed.
