Project Engineer - Mobix Track Gent
As a Project Engineer, you are responsible for preparing, monitoring and adjusting our projects. You are also the point of contact for the project manager and site manager.
Drawing up, managing and adjusting work schedules to ensure efficient and error-free execution.
Developing and improving working methods and optimising technical processes.
Calculating, ordering and purchasing materials, resources and equipment, and ensuring that everything is available on site on time.
Searching for subcontractors and maintaining relationships with the various parties.
Checking specifications and railway regulations to ensure compliance with all technical and legal requirements.
Drawing up and managing work files, working drawings and technical documents, including reports on progress and deviations.
Preparing work permits and safety documents and ensuring compliance with all safety and health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with project leaders, contractors and other team members to ensure optimal coordination.
Acting as a liaison between internal teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
