B2C Service Engineer

What you'll be doing

- You'll be part of the B2C team that coordinates solar panel and/or battery installations for our residential customers.
- You'll provide optimal customer support to existing customers.
- You'll enjoy speaking with customers by phone or email.
- You'll analyze and resolve technical issues.
- You'll contribute to the implementation of new products and system solutions for our customers.
- You'll work in the office or on-site at the customer's premises if an intervention is required.

Our ideal candidate

- You have a diploma in electrical installation technology or electricity/a bachelor's degree in energy technology or electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
- You're passionate about new renewable technologies.
- You're communicative and a real team player.
- You're eager to learn and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- You're customer-focused.
- You hold a category B driving license.
