A Day in the Life of a Strategic Account Manager: - Analyse customer needs and identify challenges to offer targeted solutions. - Advise clients and strengthen relationships through expertise and thought leadership. - Actively prospect new customers via networking, trade fairs, and targeted outreach, and approach them with tailor-made proposals. - Act as a link between customers and internal teams to optimize communication and collaboration. - Analyse market trends and position Suivo as a leading player in IoT and asset management. - Prepare and review proposals to ensure each offer is strategic and compelling. Actively follow up on customer communication and strategically close deals to ensure long-term partnerships.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

– A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Industrial Sciences, Business Management, or a related field.

– At least 5 years of sales experience with (medium to) large companies in a B2B environment, preferably in construction, installation, or IT.

– A passion for Sales & IT. Experience with complex SaaS solutions is a strong asset.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Fluent in Dutch and English; professional proficiency in French is a big plus.

– Always up to date with market changes and closely follows competitors.
