As a Customer Care Executive – Import in our Import department, you’ll be the key player in proactively handling shipments arriving at the Port of Antwerp. You’ll serve as the point of contact for our valued customers and guide them through the various operational steps of the import process, including arranging the necessary documentation, terminal clearance, handling costs, and more. With your global contacts at MSC agencies, you’ll ensure the necessary manifest corrections and be responsible for managing long-standing containers and reclaiming returned equipment. You thrive in an environment that combines proactive problem-solving and customer-focused thinking, and you’ll report directly to the Import Customer Service Team Lead.
