As a Customer Care Agent Export, you’ll be responsible for the entire customer journey of our clients. Your goal is to provide them with optimal support. You’ll take ownership of guiding our clients from A to Z through every phase of their customer relationship. How will you do that? By answering questions, comments, and complaints in a customer-friendly and proactive manner, and providing feedback to the client. Resolving these questions and complaints isn’t something you’ll do alone, but in collaboration with our other internal and external departments. Adherence to our company procedures and meticulous administrative processes are, of course, also part of this! In this role, you’ll report to the Customer Care Team Lead.
