What you’ll be doing
– You’ll be part of the B2C team that coordinates solar panel and/or battery installations for our residential customers.
– You’ll provide optimal customer support to existing customers.
– You’ll enjoy speaking with customers by phone or email.
– You’ll analyze and resolve technical issues.
– You’ll contribute to the implementation of new products and system solutions for our customers.
– You’ll work in the office or on-site at the customer’s premises if an intervention is required.
Our ideal candidate
– You have a diploma in electrical installation technology or electricity/a bachelor’s degree in energy technology or electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
– You’re passionate about new renewable technologies.
– You’re communicative and a real team player.
– You’re eager to learn and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
– You’re customer-focused.
– You hold a category B driving license.
