Maximum control with our data-driven wrapper and Fiber Film Marathon
Smart packaging: maximum control with the wrapper and Fiber Film Marathon Those who choose certainty in their packaging process benefit from the combination of Topa's data-driven wrapper and Fiber Film Marathon. Together, they form a solution that not only optimally stabilizes loads but also provides insight and savings. Intelligent wrapper The data-driven wrapper ensures constant tension control thanks to load-cell detection and adjustable zones. Each pallet is wrapped with the correct force and precision. The built-in software provides real-time insight into film usage, CO₂ emissions, and machine performance. This gives you control over both quality and costs. Film with extra power Fiber Film Marathon is specially developed for demanding applications and fully automated wrapping lines. Thanks to its extremely high holding force and tear resistance, even the heaviest or most unstable loads remain stable. Moreover, you use significantly less film, which reduces costs and limits the environmental impact. Stronger Together It's the combination that makes the difference: The wrapper delivers precise tension and insight. Fiber Film Marathon delivers maximum stability with minimal film. The result: up to 50% less film, lower CO₂ emissions, and pallets that are guaranteed EUMOS-ready. With this tandem, you can meet the challenges of today and tomorrow: greater supply chain security, less material, lower costs, and a process that you can continuously monitor and improve.

The innovative ZeroTape® dispenser provides a greatly improved posture/movement, especially of the wrist. An extremely good, ergonomic improvement over conventional dispensers on the market. Only benefits… - 100% ergonomic closing with dispensers - 100% CO2 neutral production - 75% less stress on muscles in the wrist, arm and shoulder - 25% less muscle activity - fewer roll changes due to almost three times longer rolls - easy and fast unrolling with ventilated handle ZeroTape® - A completely new dispensing system is now revolutionizing the world of packaging. Developed by a talented team of design engineers, every aspect of the packaging process was analyzed during development to see how it could really be improved. With its ergonomic design, advanced functionality, ease of use and productivity benefits, ZeroTape® is an excellent new product that will appeal to every packaging department! Gone are the days of sore wrists thanks to ZeroTape®. In collaboration with the Department of Ergonomics at the University of Siegen, the innovative benefits of ZeroTape® were scientifically researched and confirmed in comparison with the ergonomic properties of various tape dispensers. The study shows a huge improvement with 75% less stress on tense muscles in the shoulder and forearm when using ZeroTape®. Muscle activity decreases by up to 25%. That is why ZeroTape® is recommended by scientists from an ergonomic point of view.

Improve your wrapping process with Fiber Film and Fiber Wrapper!
Improve your wrapping process with Fiber Film and Fiber Wrapper! By using Fiber Film from Topa, CO2 emissions can be reduced by up to 60%. This can be done in four easy steps! Step 1: The production of Fiber Film Fiber Film is produced with energy from renewable sources and therefore the CO2 emissions during production are 30% lower. Step 2: Use less material After switching to our Fiber Film foil, you will take the next step that ensures that you emit up to 50% less CO2, and that is the use of your material. By wrapping with Fiber Film you need much less foil than conventional film, which means you can also save on that. By also using a Fiber Wrapper, you also save time and adopt a better posture during wrapping. Step 3: Optimize the wrapping machine Now that you have switched to Fiber Film foil and are using less wrapping foil in general, by optimizing your wrapping machine, you can reduce your CO2 emissions by up to 60% and use up to 50% less foil. Step 4: Have CO2 offset by Topa To also get rid of the remaining CO2 emissions, it is possible to have your CO2 emissions offset by Topa on request. With these four steps, you can make your wrapping process completely CO2 neutral and help your organization to create a lower CO2 footprint.

We're aiming for less with RecyCold®

Sustainable moisture protection: AbsorGel® reduces CO2 by 75%
Looking for more sustainable alternatives Our mission is to provide you with peace of mind by protecting your products, day after day. We are therefore constantly searching for the best packaging solutions on the market. This task is carried out primarily by the portfolio managers in our purchasing department. They conduct research into the latest developments and innovations every day, to find the best and most sustainable solutions for you. In this search, they often come across very good initiatives and alternatives but discover that they are more expensive or do not offer the same level of protection. So it comes down to testing out as many innovations as possible and adding those that achieve the best results to our range. More sustainable solutions for moisture protection We recently completed a case study in cooperation with our partner for moisture-protection packaging solutions, demonstrating a significant cost improvement. These are used in container storage and transportation where metal components, electronic equipment or natural products need to be protected against the impact of moisture. The aim is to prevent rust and mould. In the storage and transportation of metal components, the VCI method is currently a very common choice. In this method, molecules attach to the surface of the metal and form a thin, protective layer. This layer prevents moisture and other corrosive elements from coming into contact with the metal. The use of desiccants is an alternative method for combating the negative impact of moisture. We’re all familiar with the little sachets of desiccant found in shoeboxes. Our supplier Absortech applies this method on an industrial scale. And they presented a convincing use case.
