Since 1977, Organi has been a trusted name in the sector. It is a Belgian IT company specializing in business software & IT services for players active in logistics & customs, trade & industry, accountancy, and the bailiff sector. People are Organi’s greatest strength! With a mix of experienced experts and young enthusiasts, the team of 92 employees currently supports more than 200 clients.

OLS & OLS Customs are software packages covering all logistics activities: forwarding, warehousing, customs, finance, container logistics, and AEO. At the end of 2022, Organi acquired the Dutch software company Softpak. With a total of nearly 150 employees, a client base of over 500 companies, and more than 13,000 users, the group has become the largest independent IT player in the Benelux logistics landscape.

OLS Customs - Software douane
All-in-one solution for the automation of all processes concerning customs formalities (developed from the experience of our declarants). The application goes much further than only the communication and handling of documents with customs. OLS Customs contains both declarations, goods compatibility, warehouse management, fiscal representation and various additional modules. The software is particularly suitable for freight forwarders, storage operators, customs offices, industrial companies with logistical processes. Thanks to a smart integration with various back-office ERP systems (SAP, NAV, Oracle, ...), the standard OLS Customs solutions is also suitable for full-automatic customs clearance for production and trading companies (industrial shippers).
