JDN Air Chain Hoist from LGH
Available to rent from LGH. JDN Air (Pneumatic) Hoists PROFI Series are very robust and therefore suitable for tough applications even in continuous working processes. Air chain hoists are free of complicated electronic components and can be used in virtually any environment. This also makes them ideal for use in explosive atmospheres and a range of other harsh operating conditions. Our air chain hoists are designed for an optimum weight-power ratio. According to your requirements there are various control systems available. For traversing loads different trolley designs meet your particular demands. - Sensitive infinitely variable speed control for the precise positioning of loads - Load chain and hooks manufactured from high quality steels - Non-stop operation with 100% duty cycle also available. - EX designation II 2 GD IIA T4 (X) / II 3 GD IIB T4 (X) - An air service device should be implemented with the air chain hoists. - Air service devices, compressed air distributors (twin and quad) and feeder hoses in a range of different lengths are available separately. Load capacity: 0.5 to 100 t with standard 3 m stroke, or according to customer requirements

Available to rent from LGH. - Spur gear chain hoists are compact and light, which makes them easy to transport and install. - Rugged construction yet lightweight and portable - Standard lift height 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m HOL or can be chained to meet your requirements - Load capacity: 0.5 to 30 t with a standard 3 m stroke or according to customer requirements
Roundslings from LGH
Available to rent from LGH. Synthetic round slings are available for a range of load capacities and in different lengths. Standard and heavy duty roundslings are made from high tenacity polyester yarn encased in a colour coded tubular sleeve of durable woven polyester fabric. They are available either open ended or as an endless sling. - Load capacity: up to 200t - Circ: up to 40m - Factor of safety 7:1 - High strength to weight ratio - Absorbs shock loads - Light and flexible makes them easy to handle
Shackles from LGH
Available to rent from LGH. All shackles are made of high-strength steel and are tested individually. We offer a range of models and load capacities. Our Green Pin Wide Body shackles have an enlarged radius in the bracket. It extends the lifespan of the hoisting belts, round slings and steel cables. Wide body shackles up to 700 tonnes are available off the shelf, higher tonnages on request. Load capacity: 1,000 t max. - Body and pin high tensile steel, Grade 6, quenched and tempered - Screw pin and Safety pin options - Safety Factor: MBL equals 6 x WLL - Hot dipped galvanised - Temp -20°C to 200°C - EC declaration of conformity. (Upon request basic raw material cert, manufacturer test cert, inspection cert & DNV cert.)
Digital Load Indicator from LGH
Available to rent from LGH. Digital load indicators are lightweight, compact devices for load weighing. They are easy to use and enable extremely precise measurements. Delivery includes a remote control with indication. The measuring accuracy is 0.2 % of the nominal load. Also available with data storage device for further processing of measurement data on a PC.
Lever Hoist from LGH
Available to rent from LGH. Our lever hoist is an extremely versatile tool and can be used for positioning, pulling, stretching, fixing and towing applications. It can be used under all types of angles; and can even be used in reverse. Lever hoists are ideal for small spaces and can be bulk ordered. Load capacity: 0.8 to 20 t
Hydraulic Cylinders (Jacks/Rams) from LGH
Available to rent from LGH. Hydraulic jacks are available in a range of versions, single or double acting. The range includes general purpose jacks, short-stroke jack cylinders and jacks with flat cylinders, ultra-flat cylinders, heavy duty cylinders with safety nut, hollow piston cylinders and pull cylinders. We have a range of double-action cylinders in stock that are available on request. Hi-Force hydraulic cylinders are specifically designed for a wide range of applications including heavy projects where precise and controlled movement is essential. Extremely versatile and efficient with various options for your application including low height, locknut, single acting and double- acting. Low-height rams can fit into small openings underneath structures whilst high tonnage cylinders are used to support the weight of a load such as bridge segments and girders. These are necessary for safely aligning and positioning segments.
Minifor Electric Wire Rope Hoists from LGH
Available to rent from LGH. Minifor continuous wire rope hoists are light and portable and ideal for applications where easy handling is key. They offer an unlimited length of steel wire rope, fast installation and electrical operation. Load capacity: 300 and 500 kg A range of different wire rope lengths are available separately
Modular Spreader Beams from LGH
Available to rent from LGH. The Modulift range of spreader beam assemblies offers a wide range of spans, configurations and capacities to suit your wide and varied lifting needs. Our sizes range from 24t to 1000t with spans available from 0.5m to over 30m.
L20 Levelling Device from LGH
Available to rent from LGH. The L20 is a radio-controlled levelling device (yoke) that, using both new and well tested technology, levels loads effectively and safely with high precision. The yoke can handle both light and heavy objects up to 20 tonnes. The yoke is powered by a built-in electric motor with a rechargeable battery. - Increases productivity – levels the objects quickly and safely with the press of a button, reducing both expensive crane & waiting times. - Saves installation time by up to 30%* for pre-fabricated building elements - Eliminates potential damage and increases safety – radio-controlled alignment of the chain removes manual adjusting
