WAREHOUSING
Smart and sustainable warehousing by EUTRACO At EUTRACO, warehousing is more than storage — it’s the backbone of a smarter, greener, and more resilient supply chain. In 2020, we built Belgium’s first carbon- and energy-neutral warehouse, awarded Logistics Building of the Year 2021. Today, we operate 700,000 m² of warehouse space with another 300,000 m² in sustainable development. By 2025, over 60 % of our logistics footprint will be carbon and energy neutral, and by 2033 all facilities will be replaced by net-zero buildings meeting BREEAM standards. Our operations combine sustainability and operational excellence through advanced WMS systems, fully automated handling, and real-time CO₂ dashboards for each customer. Strategically located near intermodal connections and equipped with fast-charging infrastructure for electric trucks, we enable near-zero-emission logistics flows. Sustainable transport that leads the way — EUTRACO as a pioneer At EUTRACO, we believe transport should do more than move goods — it should break new ground. We’re committed to achieving a net-zero carbon footprint in logistics and road transport by 2035 — and we’re already making bold moves today. Our transport strategy rests on three pillars: modernization, efficiency, and electrification. We invest in vehicles that comply with the latest Euro 6 standards, and deploy telematics systems to monitor driving behavior and reduce fuel consumption. The result? Fewer emissions and greater cost efficiency. We also train our drivers in eco-driving and refine route planning to cut empty mileage. But the biggest leap is electrifying our heavy-duty fleet: we have ordered 50 fully electric eActros 600 trucks — making us the first logistics operator in Belgium to field such a large electric fleet. Our new logistics facilities come standard with charging infrastructure, solar panels, and energy management systems. We aim for 75 % of our energy to come from renewable sources. TMS Expert
As a TMS Expert, you will be the driving force behind optimizations in our Transport Management System (TAS) and Transics. You will implement improvements, safeguard processes, and improve data quality. You will serve as the first point of contact for internal teams and suppliers, develop training programs, and manage planning and budgets for system changes. You have at least 5 years of experience with TAS & Transics, strong analytical skills, and fluent communication in Dutch and English. Knowledge of BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus. Inside Sales Officer Forwarding
As an Inside Sales Officer (Forwarding), you'll be part of the EUTRACO Sales Team in our modern office near Park Spoor Noord. You'll support internal sales activities and work closely with the Business Development Manager. You'll help generate leads, prepare quotes, and maintain customer contact. You'll monitor market trends and competition to strengthen our strategy and growth. You have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the maritime sector, and possess strong communication skills in Dutch and English. You're organized, flexible, customer-focused, and analytical. Vacature: Freight Forwarder (Antwerpen)
EUTRACO is seeking a Freight Forwarder to manage international sea and air freight transactions from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact for your client portfolio and ensure smooth logistics processing in collaboration with carriers and internal teams. You will work closely with the Team Leader and colleagues in a dynamic and close-knit team based in Antwerp (near the Eilandje/DAM district). You have training or experience in logistics, are a strong communicator in Dutch and English (French is a plus), and are a problem-solver and independent worker. You feel at home in the maritime sector and are a true team player. Business Development Manager Logistics
Job Opening: Business Development Manager Logistics (Warehousing) As a Business Development Manager Logistics, you will be responsible for attracting new customers and building relationships within the logistics sector, with a focus on warehousing. You will actively prospect, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and represent EUTRACO at trade fairs and events. You have a bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in logistics or transport. Knowledge of warehouse automation is a plus. You communicate fluently in Dutch/English, and French is a plus. You live between Antwerp and Ghent and work from Evergem or Willebroek.
