ESQOVIEW+ 360° PEDESTRIAN DETECTION CAMERA SYSTEM
The ESQOview+ Pedestrian Detection Camera System utilises up-to-date technology to help operators be more aware of pedestrians working in the vicinity of materials handling equipment, in all environments. With the ability to differentiate between objects and pedestrians the ESQOview+ camera system is one of the most advanced pedestrian safety systems available. It is usually installed with one rear-facing camera on smaller machines (e.g. electric forklift truck, ...), however, up to 4 cameras can be integrated to offer up to 360o coverage if required on larger vehicles (e.g. wheelloader, excavator, reachstacker,...). The system works using an algorithm (AI) that detects moving and static pedestrians and alerts the operator to the presence of potential hazards. The in-cab screen outlines the position of the pedestrian/s and the distance from the vehicle giving the operator more confidence, helping to increase productivity, and greatly minimise incidents. This kind of technology does not rely on the use of tags or high visibility vests to detect pedestrians, ensuring site wide coverage regardless of site PPE standards. Plant operators, owners and pedestrians are therefore protected on multi contractor sites and within busy environments at all times.

SIS - SAFETY IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM is an active collision avoidance system which avoids the risk of collision during maneuvers and offers the possibility to slow down and block the movement of the truck in two critical situations: reverse maneuvering, load lifting. COLLISION AVOIDANCE The lack of visibility or the operator’s distraction are often the main cause of accidents which can have serious consequences. SIS-MINI 1.0 collision avoidance system is an active maneuvering system for forklift trucks and industrial vehicles which detects potential obstacles in the operating range of the forklift truck; the system warns the driver with visual and acoustic signals, it prevents and avoids the risk of collision during maneuvers in two critical situations: - REVERSE MANEUVERING - LOAD LIFTING SIS – MINI 1.0 automatically slows down and prevents the movement of the forklift truck before the accident occurs. KIGIS - IPAS INTELLIGENT PROXIMITY ALERT SYSTEM
iPAS is designed to avoid the risk of collisions between pedestrians and fork lifts. iPAS uses the cutting-edge UWB technologyto measure accurately the distance between vehicles and pedestrians and by providing in that way a highly reliable collision warning. iPAS brings you to a next safety level in your workplace. iPAS has a "FORKLIFT TO PEDESTRIAN" and a "FORKLIFT TO FORKLIFT" 360° detection with a 10 meter range, can also be up to 30 meter if necessary. Highly accurate distance measurement to 10 cm, which is profitable especially in highly frequented zones. Thanks to advanced sensors, iPas also adjusts the detection range according to the speed and driving direction of the vehicle. iPAS pedestrian tags have 3 different configurable warnings: acoustic, LED or vibrated alarm ADVANTAGES OF THE KIGIS IPAS-SOLUTION : Depending on your needs and priorities the system can be configured in that way that fork lifts detect each other. In that way collisions between fork lifts can be reduced or even eliminated. The sensors can also be configured to warn for approaching pedestrians and prevent serious accidents. Next to the standard settings, the system also has so called zone-alerts who work in the same way as traffic lights with incorporated movement detection (the alarm goes off every time a vehicle or pedestrian enters the defined area). A RELEVANT WARNING FOR MACHINERY OPERATORS TO ENSURE PEDESTRIAN SAFETY The only one of its kind, the Blaxtair® is the only smart camera able to distinguish a person from another obstacle in real time and alert the operator in case of danger. When combined with effective organization and best practices, this reliable and efficient device, composed of a camera, calculator and LCD screen, is THE answer to the safety parameters imposed on companies working in industry, materials handling, recycling, infrastructure construction and quarry or mining. THE TECHNOLOGY : RECOGNITION OF PEOPLE USING IMAGE PROCESSING The Blaxtair® uses its sensor to continuously scan the blind areas around the machine and reconstruct its environment in 3D. ESQOVIEW 360° BIRD VIEW CAMERA SYSTEEM
The ESQOview Bird View Camera System consists of 4 ultra-wide-angle cameras, each covering a full side of the vehicle, and have a 180° viewing angle. Highly mounted on the front, side and rear end, they provide a view on the surroundings of the vehicle or machine, covering all blind spots. The 3 or 4 live images are sent simultaneously to ESQOview Bird View Processor, where they are processed, combined, mixed and stitched. The distortion of the wide-angle-lens is corrected in that way a clear, quick and real time image appears on the driver’s monitor. There is more to the system than just avoiding collision with persons and objects. The extended view on the surroundings helps the driver to manoeuvre at low speed and to reduce damage to the tires, because the operator can see and avoid obstacles on the floor. BMX rechargeable and magnetic signaling LED lamps
Professional rechargeable magnetic safety and signaling LED lamp. LED lamp in polycarbonate housing with 40 high power LEDs (24 horizontal and 16 vertical shining LEDs) and yellow PVC protection band reflectors, that can withstand being run over by vehicles! The lamp is fully epoxy molded, 100% waterproof and can thus be used in rain or snow. With 3 particularly powerful Neodymium magnets to securely attach to vehicles, machines, trailers etc. Two possible modes of illumination: - Flashing light (triple) for safety signaling with an autonomy of 12 hours, - Constant illumination for visual signaling with a battery life of 4 hours. Lamp with a (replaceable) Ni-MH battery 2200 mAh 6V with integrated charger 12-24V. Lamps can be supplied separately or in specifically designed ABS-suitcases with 2, 4 or 6 lamps and integrated cigar-plug for loading into the vehicle 12 or 24V.
