Rosiot by AquaSecurity
The Rosiot system allows remote testing of the pumps’ operation – fully in compliance with the standard. Key parameters are displayed in a real-time dashboard, including two live camera feeds of the pump room. In addition, one of our experienced technicians will visit the site at least once every seven weeks to perform a manual test of the pumps. AquaSecurity believes in the complementary value of local manual checks and remote IoT-based monitoring. All data is available in real time via a clear dashboard, while also being stored historically. When the intelligent algorithms detect irregular patterns, an alarm or notification is generated (anomaly detection). This enables potential issues to be identified and resolved at a very early stage. Thanks to the Rosiot system, losses such as excessive water consumption due to leaks or unnecessary electricity consumption from jockey pumps and heating elements are detected at an early stage. In case of problems, our technicians and engineers consult the IoT dashboards together with ERP system data to perform an initial remote diagnosis. This avoids unnecessary site visits and additional costs. Every year, this saves hundreds of thousands of travel kilometers and makes a significant contribution to reducing CO₂ emissions. The Rosiot system uses 4G communication and therefore does not interfere with your own network. The technology can be installed quickly without taking the sprinkler system out of service or negatively affecting its operation.
Automatic fire monitors
In industrial environments where speed, range, and precision are critical, automatic fire monitors combined with intelligent cameras provide a powerful and targeted solution. These autonomous cameras detect fire outbreaks and automatically transmit the coordinates to the fire monitors. This allows the water jets to be precisely directed, extinguishing early-stage fires within seconds, without the need for manual intervention. What truly makes these systems innovative? The integration of FireCatcher and ThermoCatcher – two advanced video detection technologies that we offer through our collaboration with developer Araani. FireCatcher uses visual cameras with deep learning to detect smoke and flames, while ThermoCatcher identifies thermal hotspots even before smoke becomes visible. This enables the fire monitor to respond instantly and accurately to the exact source of ignition. The system can operate autonomously or be remotely controlled via a central monitoring station. No fixed piping networks required – just intelligent detection, flexibility, and immediate impact.
