SENIOR DISPATCHER / SENIOR PLANNER TRANSPORT

Responsible for the strategic and operational planning of routes, vehicles, and drivers. You optimize transport combinations to increase efficiency and profitability while ensuring close monitoring of trips and responding quickly to any issues. In direct contact with clients, you manage requests, pricing, and follow-up with transparency and collaboration. You lead the operations team and drivers, acting as a mentor and point of contact, while ensuring effective workforce scheduling. You analyze processes and propose concrete improvements to enhance overall performance. You oversee quality control and handle complaints, always keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority. With strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and clear communication, you ensure an efficient, customer-focused transport operation.

Ocean Export Operated Forwarder – Temporary

The main purpose is to assist with processing ocean export transactions, including all related activities, for an assigned base of accounts. Assist with duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination required to process export shipments. The Ocean Export Operated Forwarder needs to perform all duties correctly, cost-efficiently, within company standards, and under the close supervision of the department Supervisor or Manager.

Warehouse Operator 14:00 – 22:00

As a warehouse worker, you are a key player in the logistics process, responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently within set timeframes.

Role and Responsibilities

Receiving goods: Unloading trucks (scanner, pallet,…) and verifying transport documents.
Storage: Transporting the goods to the loading zone.
Quality control: Checking received goods for quantity, dimensions, weight, and potential damage.
Documentation: Completing and signing off required documents (including loading and unloading notes).
Passing on the necessary documentation to the office employees
Inventory management: Registering received goods in the company’s warehouse system.
Order fulfillment: Pick & pack outgoing orders using company owned Warehouse system.
Additional tasks: Labeling, sealing, and performing basic maintenance activities.
Safety & cleanliness: Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace (materials, pallet space and workstations).

Warehouse Team Leader

The Warehouse Lead plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence within the warehouse team. As the operational leader, they inspire and motivate a group of warehouse operators to achieve peak performance while fostering a strong sense of teamwork. In addition to their leadership duties, the Warehouse Lead is hands-on, dedicating 80% of their time to performing key operational tasks and ensuring the smooth handling of goods. Administrative responsibilities also form an essential part of their role.

Shunter/Yard Driver

Trailer Movement: Drive trucks between the trailer parking and our warehouse site.
Gate Positioning: Accurately position trailers at the correct loading or unloading gate.
Yard Coordination: Move trailers aside when needed to prevent delays or congestion.
Return Trips: Bring trailers back to the parking area once they are loaded.
Communication: Stay in close contact with the logistics team to coordinate all trailer movements.
Connection Tasks: Properly connect and disconnect trailers to and from the shunting vehicle.
Team Collaboration: Work respectfully and efficiently with colleagues and supervisors.
