Forwarding Executive Sealiner

As a Forwarding Agent at Sealiner, a subsidiary of MSC, you’ll be responsible for the complete handling of shipping requests for various modes of transport, as well as diverse clients and freight flows (FCL, LCL). Customer Care Executive – Import

As a Customer Care Executive – Import in our Import department, you’ll be the key player in the proactive handling of shipments arriving at the Port of Antwerp. You’ll serve as the point of contact for our valued customers and guide them through the various operational steps of the import process, including arranging the necessary documentation, terminal clearance, handling costs, and more. With your global contacts at MSC agencies, you’ll ensure the necessary manifest corrections and be responsible for managing long-standing containers and reclaiming returned equipment. You thrive in an environment that combines proactive problem-solving and customer-focused thinking, and you’ll report directly to the Import Customer Service Team Lead.

Claims Executive

Commercial Executive – Import

As a Commercial Executive Import at MSC, you’ll be responsible for clients operating within your shipping area; maintaining existing client relationships and prospecting for new opportunities will be part of your responsibilities. Your goal is to identify and address your clients’ needs. You’ll be responsible for preparing, issuing, and following up on quotes in accordance with instructions from local management and head office, for both sea freight and value-added services. You’ll also provide your clients with advice and support regarding the booking process at origin and the handling of inbound shipments at destination.
