🚢 We’re Hiring – Customer Service Representative (Export Operations) 🚢

Are you experienced in customer service and export operations within the maritime or logistics industry? We’re looking for a driven Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our Baltic Express Line container service.

In this role, you will:
⚓ Serve as the first point of contact for clients using our Baltic Express Line service, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
📦 Handle export documentation and coordinate container shipments.
🌍 Work closely with our operations teams to resolve challenges and keep cargo moving efficiently.
🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable service.

What we’re looking for:

Background in shipping, freight forwarding, or container logistics.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We organised transport from Taicang to Hamburg and then to Szczecin/Poland. On 17.10.2024, the first phase of the project took place, involving the transport of a mock-up section weighing approximately 250 tonnes. The element was unloaded from the Chipolbrok Taixing vessel at Terminal C. Steinweg in Hamburg and then transported by ship Marietta to Szczecin.
