As a Booking Care Executive, you’ll be responsible for the high-quality and rapid registration of incoming customer bookings and the associated administrative process start-up. Your goal is to guide customers through the entire booking process, including confirmation, additional steps for dangerous goods or special requirements, pre-transport requests with our own transport company, and more. You’ll also monitor the quality of the incoming data and identify optimizations where possible, all in consultation with our other internal and external departments. Adherence to our company procedures and meticulous administrative processes are also part of this. Finally, you’ll guide our customers through new digital applications. In this role, you’ll report to the Booking Care Team Lead.
