At the Deurganckdok in the port of Antwerp, Groep Van Roey was allowed to build the new OPS (operations) office for DP World, together with a footbridge over the railway and a stair tower on the side of the parking lot.
The ground floor of the office building consists of facilities for the dock workers such as a canteen, changing rooms, locker room and sanitary facilities. The offices for the employees and management are located on the higher floors.
The location is special about this project. The building was built above a motorway in use, under a HS line and next to an important gas and water pipeline and a railway.
