As a warehouse worker, you are a key player in the logistics process, responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently within set timeframes.
Role and Responsibilities
Receiving goods: Unloading trucks (scanner, pallet,…) and verifying transport documents.
Storage: Transporting the goods to the loading zone.
Quality control: Checking received goods for quantity, dimensions, weight, and potential damage.
Documentation: Completing and signing off required documents (including loading and unloading notes).
Passing on the necessary documentation to the office employees
Inventory management: Registering received goods in the company’s warehouse system.
Order fulfillment: Pick & pack outgoing orders using company owned Warehouse system.
Additional tasks: Labeling, sealing, and performing basic maintenance activities.
Safety & cleanliness: Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace (materials, pallet space and workstations).
