A selection of your tasks:
- Providing legal advice to all departments within TVM Belgium.
- Supporting the first-line Compliance & Risk consultant.
- Drafting and assessing contracts with customers and partners at the request of the departments within TVM Belgium.
- Monitoring legal risks.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and internal guidelines, and actively contributing to compliance requirements. In the event of deviations or signs of risk, you will liaise with the Compliance & Risk consultant.
- Handling and following up on disputes and legal proceedings in collaboration with external solicitors.
- Researching and implementing new legislation and regulations that may impact business activities.
- Drafting and updating internal legal policies and procedures.
- Advising and supporting management in strategic decisions with legal implications.
