We're looking to strengthen our sales team. With over 30 years of experience and an innovative software portfolio ranging from transport and warehouse management to onboard computers and optimization tools, Sinari Benelux serves a wide range of carriers and shippers in the Benelux region. Due to expansion, our partner is seeking an Account Manager with a passion for long-term customer relationships and a commercial flair. In this role, you will be responsible for actively nurturing the Benelux region, supporting existing customers and identifying new opportunities.

– You will manage an existing customer portfolio of approximately 400 companies (primarily SMEs in the transport sector).
– You will identify commercial opportunities with existing customers and convince them of the added value of new modules and products.
– You will immerse yourself in the customer’s operations and actively contribute to the development of the most suitable software solutions within our partner’s extensive suite.
– You will act as an advisor, not a pure salesperson.
– You will give demos, prepare quotes, and follow up on them.
– You will maintain customer data and contract information in the CRM system (Efficy).
– You will provide structured reports on your activities to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
– You will work closely with internal teams such as support, IT, and project management.
– For larger upsell projects, you will visit the customer together with a project manager.
