– You will manage an existing customer portfolio of approximately 400 companies (primarily SMEs in the transport sector).
– You will identify commercial opportunities with existing customers and convince them of the added value of new modules and products.
– You will immerse yourself in the customer’s operations and actively contribute to the development of the most suitable software solutions within our partner’s extensive suite.
– You will act as an advisor, not a pure salesperson.
– You will give demos, prepare quotes, and follow up on them.
– You will maintain customer data and contract information in the CRM system (Efficy).
– You will provide structured reports on your activities to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
– You will work closely with internal teams such as support, IT, and project management.
– For larger upsell projects, you will visit the customer together with a project manager.
