AntwerpXL wins ‘Best Event Launch’ at the 2020 AEO Excellence Awards

AntwerpXL, was created to bring the breakbulk community together. Its record-breaking first-edition has now been recognised and rewarded after winning ‘Best event launch’ at the AEO Excellence Awards, a ceremony held virtually this year to recognise the best that the events industry has to offer.

124 exhibitors, 3,000 visitors and a 100%  rebook at the show has propelled AntwerpXL to the most successful launch event of year.

Easyfairs set about the task of launching AntwerpXL after recognising a need in the market for a community led event dedicated to the logistics of breakbulk and project cargo. The idea became a reality with support from key companies including the Port of Antwerp took shape after feedback gained from close connections in the community.
