Project Freight Management from the shippers perspective is a one-day intermediate to advanced level Master Class for EPCs, manufacturers, construction, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure and other capital project related cargo owners. This program is also valuable for carriers and project freight forwarders who strive to better understand the responsibilities and requirements in Project Freight Management from the shipper’s perspective.

Project logistics personnel are hard to get, and when available they may need to get the know how and deeper understanding of the industry and what is needed to successfully start, operate, and close-out a project.

From the qualification of project logistics service suppliers (LSP), to proposal design (RFP & RFQ’s), to frame and service agreements, and from the project planning, to the PEP – project execution plan and the application of BCM – best cost management, as well as TIC- total installed cost, this course will cover all of these steps and more in the process of successful project freight management.

If you are looking to learn about project planning, finance, tracking progress, the best project IT tools and overall project and shipping strategy, then this course will offer you this and more! Taught by a 37 year industry veteran, students will take away practical hands on know-how and tools that will immediately impact the process of managing your projects logistics.
