Breakbulk Our experts deliver tailor-made solutions ensuring a safe and secure handling of the cargo Our team is focused on loss and claim prevention, enabling a safe and smooth delivery On board vessels, your cargo will be stowed on a pre-prepared bed containing multiple flat racks, thus providing a safe working environment for stevedores and ensuring maximum lashing opportunities in accordance with IMO CSS Code Annex 13 requirements. As part of our feasibility studies and preparation, 3D modelling is used to demonstrate handling stowage and lashing requirements. Out-of-gauge cargo is loaded and secured onto platform, single flat rack or open top unit. Fully integrated throughout our business, making it simple for you to get expert advice from our shipping specialists. Our experts assure you of a tailor-made solution for a safe and secure delivery. LIQUID CARGO

As a global market leader, MSC is well known for door-to-door integrated logistics. Now with our new fit & supply solution, we are taking our added services to the next level. We fit flexitank at our S11 depot in Antwerp, Belgium - helping you to streamline your liquid supply chain. Flexitanks allow you to fill dry containers with up to 26,000 litres of liquid cargo, offering a safe, cost-effective and eco-friendly alternative to other liquid transportation methods. INNER LINERS For your bulk cargo we offer the fit & supply of inner liners. Inner liners are a cost effective alternative to conventional sea transport and assure your cargo isn't contaminated, resulting in a care free supply chain for cargoes such as sugar, grains, cacao or plastic granulates. THERMAL LINERS At our depot S11 we also fit thermal liners to keep your sensitive cargo dry, odorless and safe from temperature disruptions during transit.

Customer Care Executive - Import

En tant que Customer Care Executive - Import au sein de notre département Import, vous serez l'acteur clé de la gestion proactive des expéditions arrivant au port d'Anvers. Vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients et les guiderez tout au long des différentes étapes opérationnelles du processus d'importation, notamment la gestion des documents nécessaires, le dédouanement au terminal, les coûts de manutention, etc. Avec vos contacts internationaux au sein des agences MSC, vous assurerez les corrections nécessaires aux manifestes et serez responsable de la gestion des conteneurs immobilisés de longue date et de la récupération des équipements retournés. Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement alliant proactivité et approche client, et vous serez directement rattaché au responsable du service client Import.

Commercial Executive - Import

En tant que Commercial Executive Import chez MSC, vous serez responsable des clients opérant dans votre zone d'expédition. Entretenir les relations avec les clients existants et prospecter de nouvelles opportunités fera partie de vos responsabilités. Votre objectif est d'identifier et de répondre aux besoins de vos clients. Vous serez responsable de la préparation, de l'émission et du suivi des devis, conformément aux instructions de la direction locale et du siège social, tant pour le fret maritime que pour les services à valeur ajoutée. Vous accompagnerez également vos clients en les conseillant et en les assistant dans le processus de réservation à l'origine et dans la gestion des expéditions entrantes à destination.
