Met meer dan 70 jaar ervaring en een aanwezigheid in meer dan 30 landen, is het behoud van natuurlijke hulpbronnen altijd een belangrijk onderdeel geweest van onze bedrijfscultuur. In lijn met deze ambitie hebben we geïnvesteerd in de ontwikkeling van onze LCA tool genaamd Nefab GreenCALC. Door gebruik te maken van GreenCalc kan Nefab uw bedrijf ondersteunen bij het bereiken van uw duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen.
Onze verpakkingsoplossingen worden ontworpen, geprototyped en getest door ons Global Engineering Network, dat beschikt over diepgaande materiaalkennis en expertise. Dit gebeurt in ISTA-gecertificeerde laboratoria over de hele wereld. We combineren wereldwijde levering en coördinatie van verpakkingen met lokale logistieke diensten en ondersteuning. Zo willen we voldoen aan de behoeften van elke klant en product.

EdgePak Collar
EdgePak Collar is een lichtgewicht, fiber-based palletopzetrand verpakkingsoplossing. De oplossing onderscheidt zich van traditionele houten en papieren palletranden door een unieke combinatie van golfkarton en strokarton. Met maximaal drie slim ontworpen golfopzetranden, vastgezet met stevige strokartonnen hoeken, biedt het aanzienlijke stapelsterkte en is het ontworpen om de ontberingen van uitdagende supply chains te weerstaan. Een recycleerbare deksel en bodem maken de oplossing bovenop standaard houten pallets compleet. EdgePak Collar is verkrijgbaar in drie standaard palletmaten.
ExPak
The Nefab ExPak is an exclusive line of engineered packaging solutions to meet all industrial packaging needs. It is designed to transport products of all kinds and provides maximum protection, even in the most demanding conditions. ExPak is tested and approved in our ISTA-certified labs in accordance with international standards to support all modes of transportation. It is a nail-less, collapsible, export-compliant plywood box ideal for heavy, sensitive, and high-value goods.
CratePak
CratePak is an innovative, robust wooden crate solution designed using metal corners for strength and easy nail-less assembly. It is a collapsible modular solution with the ability to be stored and shipped flat-packed. CratePak is engineered to protect large and heavy-duty products in harsh, rugged environments and is resistant to a wide spectrum of mechanical shocks from multiple modes of transportation.
EdgePak Straw
EdgePak Straw is a strong and resilient fiber-based solution that can be recycled as easily as a sheet of paper. Its foldable corners are made from strawboard, creating a strong moisture-resistant construction that can stack over 4 tons. The straw fibers are short and very stiff compared to wood fibers. When combined, the straw layers provide the material with great strength. With straw-based solutions, we are innovating to lead the way toward smarter and more sustainable supply chains.
FiberFlute
FiberFlute is a fiber-based packaging solution that provides outstanding cushioning performance for a wide range of products. FiberFlute is an eco-friendly alternative to foam and is 100% paper-recyclable.
Thermoformed verpakkingsoplossingen
Nefab’s thermoformed trays are sustainable plastic packaging applications made from high recycled content. Our solutions are highly protective and customizable, ideal for precision packaging in automated lines that require robotic handling. Nefab's thermoformed trays are available globally to several segments, including the Automotive, Electronic, Datacom, Telecom, Aerospace, and Lithium-ion Battery industries.
