Dockflow is building the world’s first logistics enablement platform, empowering maritime supply chain teams with visibility, automation, and insights they can trust.
As our product and team grow, we’re looking for a Lead Developer to join us at our HQ in Antwerp’s innovation hub, The Beacon.
You won’t be inheriting a mess, we already have a solid team and a scalable foundation. But we are moving fast, and we’re ready to take things to the next level.
That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of architecture, system design, and performance
Assist and guide a team of skilled developers
Work closely with product, design, and data teams to shape features
Lead development sprints and ensure high code quality
Bring technical foresight into strategic decisions
What We’re Looking For
Strong full-stack experience (we use we use Python – React – PostgreSQL – MySQL – NodeJS – Typescript – Angular – PHP/Laravel and more)
Proven track record designing scalable systems
Hands-on leadership and great code review habits
Experience with CI/CD, cloud deployment, and containerized environments
Someone who values clarity, clean code, and teamwork
