Operational leadership

Oversee task distribution within the team to ensure efficiency and balance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse.
Adjust work schedules dynamically to meet fluctuating workloads.
Warehouse Operations
Manage incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring smooth operations and proper handling.
Supervise the process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with inventory counts and stock management every day.
Administration
Validate and track the arrival and departure of trucks.
Prepare, review, and sign off on CMRs and loading lists.
Oversee daily work planning to ensure seamless operations.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, and other departments.
