Movu Atlas est la solution de pointe pour maximiser l’espace de stockage de palettes, en réduisant au minimum le nombre et la largeur des allées de circulation. Movu Atlas est un système automatisé de stockage et de récupération (AS/RS) haute densité et multi-palettes. Ne nécessitant ni allées pour chariots élévateurs ni manutention manuelle, ce système modulaire s’adapte à votre espace et offre la flexibilité d’ajouter des navettes selon les besoins. À mesure que votre activité se développe, le système Atlas peut être facilement et rapidement étendu. stow Clad Rack - Silo

The stow Silo is a cost-efficient storage solution where the racking is also the load-bearing construction of the warehouse. Saving out the cost of an extra building, the roof and wall cladding are fixed directly onto the rack structure. The racking is thus not only subject to the loads of the pallets, stacker cranes and conveyors, but also to external forces such as wind and snow. Unsurprisingly, this requires thorough stress calculations from our engineering team, in order to come up with tailor made solutions for every situation. Each particular design is worked on with the type, weight and size of the load kept firmly in mind. Several features, such as longitudinal and horizontal bracings, anchorage systems and high-quality SIGMA beams guarantee the stability of the structure. The walls and roof are reinforced with steel sub structures in the front and rear zone of the stow Silo.

stow High Bay Racking

Racking in perfection. Pallet racking operated by cranes requires special arrangements for tolerances in manufacturing and assembly. Perfect positioning and levelling are vital for such installations. The cranes are running on a floor mounted rail and stabilised at the top of the mast by a guide rail supported by the structure. The pallets can be placed “single deep”, “double deep” or “multi-deep”.

With cantilever racking you can work by the safest storage practices. The cantilever can be used indoor or outdoor. stow offers a complete range of cantilever racking systems for the storage of long goods. For loads varying from 60 to 1000 kg per cantilever arm. Storing long goods stow’s cantilever racking is designed to store long and bulky loads. Assembled without welding, the heavy cantilever is available in single or double-sided version depending on storage needs. It can be used indoor but also outdoor. For outdoor applications, speciﬁc calculations are mandatory to ensure weather resistance (snow and wind). Our cantilever for outdoor storage can be equipped with a roof that will protect all your goods to store. The cantilever is the most suitable to store wood bundles, metal proﬁles, or any other long and heavy loads.

Efficient and ultra-dense storage Our pallet live storage system provides efficient and ultra-dense storage of palletised goods with fewer aisles. This increases your storage capacity considerably. It can also be used to avoid unnecessary internal transport. Bringing pallets from one point to another. Types of pallet live storage > FIFO (first-in/first-out).
