En tant que Customer Care Executive – Import au sein de notre département Import, vous serez l’acteur clé de la gestion proactive des expéditions arrivant au port d’Anvers. Vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients et les guiderez tout au long des différentes étapes opérationnelles du processus d’importation, notamment la gestion des documents nécessaires, le dédouanement au terminal, les coûts de manutention, etc. Avec vos contacts internationaux au sein des agences MSC, vous assurerez les corrections nécessaires aux manifestes et serez responsable de la gestion des conteneurs immobilisés de longue date et de la récupération des équipements retournés.
