A selection of your tasks:

– You are the permanent point of contact for insurance brokers and are responsible for drawing up policies for new business.
– You manage insurance contracts and follow up on all changes (additional vehicles, premium adjustments, cancellations, etc.).

The S&H Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and continuously improving the safety policy within Nippon Express Belgium. The Senior Project Manager plays a key role, both strategically and operationally. The primary objective of the position is to independently manage implementation and optimization processes for both new and existing clients.
As the central link between the client, internal teams, and external software partners, you will ensure that digital processes are designed efficiently, correctly, and future-proof.
You will translate complex client needs into workable solutions within the TAS platform and support companies in optimally utilizing the software.

Trailer Movement: Drive trucks between the trailer parking and our warehouse site.
Gate Positioning: Accurately position trailers at the correct loading or unloading gate.
Yard Coordination: Move trailers aside when needed to prevent delays or congestion.
Return Trips: Bring trailers back to the parking area once they are loaded.
Communication: Stay in close contact with the logistics team to coordinate all trailer movements.
Connection Tasks: Properly connect and disconnect trailers to and from the shunting vehicle.
Team Collaboration: Work respectfully and efficiently with colleagues and supervisors.
