As an exhibitor, your stand package includes a personalised multi-channel marketing campaign to help promote your company before, during and after the event. Our dedicated marketing team will work with you throughout the year, creating personalised material to offer you wide brand exposure beyond your stand.

After booking your stand, you should have received an email to set up your MyEasyfairs account login details. In your MyEasyfairs page you can fill in your company information, products, press releases and job vacancies. Please ensure that all the information is up to date to ensure the highest possible levels of engagement. Manage your online account at www.easyfairs.com/my to upload your company description, logo, brochures and press releases, invite clients, make stand orders, and keep track of who registers via your registration link. You will have received your login details when you signed up.

We will provide you with a banner, unique registration link and personalised image to help you promote your presence online, in your emails, and across social media. Link the banner to your unique registration link and keep track of anyone who has registered.

Personalised invitations

We will send you 100 personalised postcards that you can give to your clients and prospects. These are created just for you with your company name, stand number, and a code so your clients can attend free!

Secure Mailing Service

We can send your personalised postcards directly to your clients/prospects and invite them to visit your stand at the exhibition. Simply let us know where to send the postcards and we will take care of the rest.

We will create a personalised email invitation that you can use to invite your clients and prospects to the event for free. We will include your company name, logo and stand number and the VIP benefits your clients enjoy thanks to you. We can also send these on your behalf, if you prefer.

False payment requests

We have recently been made aware of fraudulent companies contacting exhibitors acting as members of the AntwerpXL team requesting payments for their exhibition stands or hotel accommodation.
It is also increasingly common for exhibitors to be approached by third party companies purporting to, or giving the impression that, they have access to the show’s attendee list. Please be aware that we do not pass on our data to ANY third party, so please note that these claims may be fraudulent. If you have any concerns at all, please contact a member of the team.

Exhibitor Manual and Ordering forms

The ordering forms will become available a few months before the show. Please retain copies of everything for your own records and have them with you onsite during build up.

We will put together a comprehensive guide to the technical services available at AntwerpXL. We suggest that exhibitors’ study in detail all the services available and follow the instructions. This particularly applies to the application deadlines on each order form. You will receive this via email in 2020.
